ENGR. SIKIRU O. OKE (Chairman) The Chairman, Board of Directors of the Company is a fellow of The Nigerian Society of Engineers, a fellow of The Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers and a past President of the Institution.  He studied structural engineering at Hammersmith College London, where in 1963, he won the First Prize in the Graduateship Examinations. He went further to pass The Corporate Membership Examination of the Institute of Structural Engineering, he was elected a Member of the Institute in 1967, and was registered by Council of Engineering Institute in Britain in march 1968, thus authorized to practice his profession in the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth Countries and also in Europe. He is also a member of Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria and registered by the council for the registration of Engineering in Nigeria.

ABUBAKAR ABDUL (Director) Abdul Abubakar is a 1982 Bachelor of Arts graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna state. He did his PGD in top level management from the Victoria University of Manchester, England. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation of Nigeria (FCILT). He lectured briefly at College of Education, Ankpa, Kogi state before his appointment as commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources, Benue state between 1983-1984. He is currently a Management Consultant and Executive Chairman of High Level Resources Limited, an international Management consulting firm. He trained at the prestigious Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA and at several other prestigious institutions in various parts of the world. He served as MD/CEO of the NRC from 2002-2007 before he voluntarily retired from service.

SULE JOHN OZENUA (Director) Mr Sule Ozenua is a 1976 graduate of Physics from the University of Ile-Ife. He holds a Certificate in Air Traffic from Nigeria Civil Aviation Training Center Zaria (1978) and an MBA from University of Lagos (1986). A seasoned Aviation Consultant with an in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Aviation industry, he has served the Aviation industry at various level of responsibilities including Air Traffic Controller, Lagos Airport, between 1977 and 1991 before he was transferred to FAAN Headquarters in 1996 as General Manager, Operation/Facilitations. Through a competitive selection process conducted by ACCENTURE Consulting Firm, Mr Ozenua, an investor with a passion for capital market was appointed the Managing Director/ CEO of FAAN in 2000 and retired from service in 2001. He was Chairman, Board of Directors of International Airports Consultant Limited, and member of a number of professional bodies amongst which are: Institute of Directors, President’s Council American Management Association, Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian institute of International Affairs, Airport Council International and British Institute of Management.

HARUNA MOHAMMED UWAIS (Director) Haruna Mohammed Uwais graduated in B.Sc. Economics in 1987 from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota, USA. He worked at various levels and Departments in Allied Bank Nig Plc, Urban Development Bank and UBA Plc. Mr. Uwais is an astute investor with a keen interest in the Capital Market.

MR. SHEHU YAKUBU-CONCERN (Managing Director) Mr. Shehu Yakubu-Concern is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A 1987 graduate of Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with over twenty years of experience, most of which were at Senior Management Levels in both private and public sectors of the economy. He is an authorized dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has over Twenty (20) years of practical professional experience in Portfolio Management, Primary Market Operations, Financial Consulting and Stock Dealing. He worked in various capacities with Arewa Hotels Development Limited where he served as an Investment Analyst before joining the Nigerian Institute International Affairs as an Admin/Special Assistant to the Director of Administration and Finance. In 1992, he was invited to the Corporate Affairs Department of Rims Merchant Bank Limited and later transferred to the investment arm of the Bank (Rims Securities Limited). He left Rims Group in1995 to set up Reward Investment and Services Limited with the former President of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers from where he resigned in 2000 as Head of Operations to steer the Management team of Springboard Trust and Investment Limited. He has actively participated in a numbers of issues in Primary and Secondary Market.
