MR. SHEHU YAKUBU-CONCERN (Managing Director)
Mr. Shehu Yakubu-Concern is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A 1987 graduate of Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with over twenty years of experience, most of which were at Senior Management Levels in both private and public sectors of the economy.

He is an authorized dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has over Twenty (20) years of practical professional experience in Portfolio Management, Primary Market Operations, Financial Consulting and Stock Dealing. He worked in various capacities with Arewa Hotels Development Limited where he served as an Investment Analyst before joining the Nigerian Institute International Affairs as an Admin/Special Assistant to the Director of Administration and Finance. In 1992, he was invited to the Corporate Affairs Department of Rims Merchant Bank Limited and later transferred to the investment arm of the Bank (Rims Securities Limited). He left Rims Group in1995 to set up Reward Investment and Services Limited with the former President of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers from where he resigned in 2000 as Head of Operations to steer the Management team of Springboard Trust and Investment Limited. He has actively participated in a numbers of issues in Primary and Secondary Market.

MR. JOE U. ABBA (General Manager)
He is a seasoned administrator, a marketing technocrat and Asset Manager. He holds a post graduate diploma and a master degree in Business Administration with specialization in marketing management. He holds membership of several professional bodies, among them is the fellowship of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, an alumni member of the Lagos Business School. His work experience span over 20 years of practical capital market operations. He has attended several seminars and training on Portfolio/Asset Management in Nigeria and overseas. He is a pioneer member of staff of the company and currently the General Manager, Asset Management.

MR. IBEGBULEM, CHUKWUKA ONOCHIE (Senior Associate)
Mr. Ibegbulem is an authorized dealing clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He is an accounting graduate of University of Benin as well as an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr. Ibegbulem has over 12 years hands-on experience in accounting/finance and stockbroking from diverse organizations. He joined Springboard Trust & Investment Ltd. in September 2008

MR. FAKOLUJO OLAKUNLE KAYODE (Senior Associate)
Mr. Fakolujo is a graduated of the Lagos State University, where he bagged his degree in Biology. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management (NIM).

He started his working career with the National Electric Power Authority, Kainji Dam, Niger State as a Site Accountant. In 1997, he joined Oluseye Johnson & Co., a Chartered Accounting firm, where he rose to the post of Tax/Audit Manager. He joined Springboard Trust & Investment Ltd. in December 2005 as an Associate.

HENRY-JACOBS M. BOSE (Senior Associate)
A graduate of the prestigious Kaduna polytechnic Kaduna with second class upper in Business Administration and obtain her second degree (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho. She is an Associate member of the following Professional bodies, Nigeria Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing, The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria; she is also a qualified stockbroker. She is a pioneer staff of the company. She has vast experience in stock broking operation, Asset Management and Client / relationship Management. She heads Client Services Department.

MR. BAGANA OSAHON SHEHU (Senior Associate)
He is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State. He obtained a Master degree (MBA) from the University of Calabar. He is a Fellow of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and full member of Portfolio and Debt Management Institute (P.D.M.I.) A pioneer staff of the Organisation, he has a broad scope of stock broking operations, Asset Management and Client management relations

PATRICK EGHIEGBAI UMORU (Associate)
Mr. Patrick E. Umoru is an Associate and head of Stock Dealing. He is a graduate of Public Administration from Ambrose Ali University in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Stockbroker in 1997. He has worked at various level of financial services with 9 (nine) years practical experience in Capital Market activities.

AKHIMIEN ODIGIE (Associate)
AKHIMEN ODIGIE, holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Natural Chemistry and Masters of Business Administration from Edo State University, Ekpoma. He has extensive working experience in the Aviation Finance and Accounting and Stockbroking. He started his working career with Aerocontrol Nig. Ltd in 1996, a company that was responsible for revenue collection for the Federal Civil Aviation Authority. He then moved to the Nigerian Television Authority in 2000 as an Accountant where he rose to management level. He joined Springboard Trust & Investment Ltd. in 2004 and has worked in various departments. With his wide experience he is poised to better serve the company and offer quality services to the company’s esteemed clients.

AKWU AMEH DAVID-BISHOP (Associate)
Akwu Ameh David-Bishop is a graduate of Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He holds a master degree in Business Administration. He has worked with Consolidated Dyes & Chemical (CDC) as an Online Auditor, he has worked with CHI Nig Ltd. as Inventory & Control Officer. He joined Springboard Trust & Investment Ltd. as an Account Officer in 2002, he is currently an Associate in the company.
