CUSTOMER CARE NOTICE (CSCS CLIENT BANK UPDATE FORM)

Dear Client,

The Nigerian Stock Exchange has notified all Stockbroking Houses of their preparedness to commence the “Straight Through Process (STP)” of transactions with effect from April, 2011.

This process, when in operation, will ensure that Investors’ Securities will be held by the Dealing Member Firm while proceeds of sale will settle directly into the Clients’ Accounts.

The implication of this arrangement is that all investors will be required to open a designated bank account to which proceeds of sales as well as funding for purchases will be done directly.
